Whenever appropriate or advisable, we visit your property with a professional photographer (and drone pilot in case of villas) to make a beautiful photo presentation so that your property looks it very best.

2. Tenant qualification and screening

We strive to reduce the risk of undesirable tenants as much as possible with our qualifying and due diligence procedures which we discuss with you before and during the rental process.

3. Getting your property rent-ready

We advise you on how to prepare your property for your long term rental activity and how to be in a position to attract the better tenant profiles.  We have our own team of trusted quality handymen for decorative works and/or small repairs and maintenance jobs.  We can organise for general cleaning or specialist dry and wet cleaning of upholstered furniture, sofas, mattresses, carpets etc.

We organise, schedule and manage all viewings with potential tenants and their agents.

5. Maintenance & Property management (subject to contract)

For an additional monthly fee, we can act as a care-taker for your property in your absence. You can entrust us with contracting or attending workers, repair men, gardeners, pool-men, managing and inspecting your own contractors, managing and accepting deliveries, full check-up of your property at regular intervals, airing, specialist cleaning jobs etc, etc.
